BOBST NOVAFOLD, verimlilik ve hassasiyeti artıran güçlü yeni geliştirmelerler

BOBST, NOVAFOLD katlama-yapıştırma hattına yönelik önemli yükseltmeler ve yeni opsiyonlar tanıttı. Bu yenilikler, makinenin günümüz ambalaj üreticileri için verimli ve güvenilir bir çözüm olma konumunu daha da güçlendiriyor.

Yeni duyurulan bu geliştirmelerle birlikte NOVAFOLD, daha akıllı otomasyon, artan hızlar ve daha yüksek esneklik sunarak ambalaj endüstrisinin çeşitlenen taleplerine mükemmel uyum sağlıyor.

Düz hat, kilitli taban ve 4-6 köşe kutuların 7/24 üretimi için tasarlanan NOVAFOLD 50, 80 ve 110 modelleri artık daha yüksek hız ve kontrol sağlıyor. Kayış hızı 300 metreden 350 metre/dakikaya çıkarıldı, geri katlama kapasitesi ise saatte 22.000 kutuya ulaştı.

Makine ayrıca uzatılmış bir katlama bölümüne sahip; uzunluk 2.300 mm’den 3.000 mm’ye çıkarıldı. Bu geliştirme, özellikle daha büyük ebatlarda veya hassas malzemelerde daha kontrollü ve yavaş katlama süreci sağlayarak daha yüksek katlama kalitesi ve daha az fire elde edilmesini mümkün kılıyor.

BOBST’un akıllı otomasyon ve kullanıcı dostu çözümlere bağlılığı doğrultusunda, yenilenen NOVAFOLD SPHERE makine arayüzü ile de donatılabiliyor. Bu sistem, iş ayarlarının dijital olarak kaydedilmesini sağlıyor ve operatörlere dijital göstergeler üzerinden hassas konumlandırma talimatları veriyor. Operatörler tüm iş ayarlarını minimum müdahale ile kaydedip geri çağırabiliyor, bu da duruş sürelerini azaltarak tekrarlayan işlerde tutarlılığı artırıyor.

Bu gelişmiş kurulum, dijital iş ve reçete yönetimi ile daha da destekleniyor. İş parametreleri ofiste hazırlanıp SPHERE arayüzü üzerinden doğrudan NOVAFOLD’a gönderilebiliyor. Sistem, operatörlere yapılacak işlerin net bir listesini sunuyor, manuel veri girişi veya plan inceleme ihtiyacını ortadan kaldırıyor. Böylece daha hızlı hazırlık, daha kısa ayar süresi ve vardiyalar arası tutarlı kalite sağlanıyor.

NOVAFOLD hattı, %100 kaliteyi desteklemeye devam ediyor. Mevcut olan ACCUEJECT sistemi, hatalı kutuları tam üretim hızında otomatik olarak ayıklayarak sürekli kalite güvencesi sağlıyor.

Ayrıca, besleyici rampasındaki yükseltme sayesinde pnömatik kilitleme özelliği eklendi. Bu sayede yanal ayarlamalar kolaylaşıyor, ergonomi artıyor ve manuel kurulum süresi azalıyor.

Bu yükseltmeler, BOBST’un müşteri ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak üzere teknolojilerini sürekli geliştirme yatırımının bir yansımasıdır. BOBST NOVAFOLD evolves with powerful new upgrades to drive efficiency and precision

BOBST has introduced a series of significant upgrades and new options to its NOVAFOLD folder-gluer line, reinforcing the machine’s position as an efficient and reliable solution for today’s packaging converters.

With these newly announced enhancements, NOVAFOLD opens up access to smarter automation, increased speeds, and greater flexibility, perfectly suited to the diverse demands of today’s packaging industry.

Designed for 24/7 production of straight-line, crash-lock and 4- and 6-corner boxes, the NOVAFOLD 50, 80 and 110 models now offer greater speed and control. Belt speed has been increased from 300 to 350 metres per minute, while the backfolding capacity has been supercharged to 22,000 boxes per hour.

The machine also benefits from an extended folding section, expanding from 2,300 mm to 3,000 mm. This allows for a more controlled, slower folding process, particularly advantageous when processing larger formats or sensitive substrates, leading to improved folding quality and reduced waste.

In line with BOBST’s commitment to smart automation and user empowerment, the upgraded NOVAFOLD can also be equipped with the SPHERE machine interface. This system enables digital memorization of job settings, guiding operators with precise positioning instructions via digital indicators. Operators can save and recall entire job settings with minimal intervention, reducing downtime and enhancing consistency across repeat runs.

This enhanced setup is further supported by digital job and recipe management, enabling job parameters to be created in the back office and sent directly to the NOVAFOLD via the SPHERE interface. Once received, the system provides operators with a clear list of upcoming jobs, removing the need to manually input or consult job plans. This enables proactive and precise job preparation, faster setups, and consistent quality across shifts and operator changes.

The NOVAFOLD line also continues to support the 100% quality. ACCUEJECT, already available, ensures defective boxes are automatically ejected at full production speed, maintaining consistent output quality.

Additionally, the feeder ramp upgrade introduces pneumatic locking for easier lateral adjustments, improving ergonomics and reducing manual setup time.
