BOBST’un İstanbul’daki Deneyim Günü, Esnek Ambalaj Teknolojilerindeki En Son Yenilikleri Sergiledi


İstanbul, Türkiye / Meks, İsviçre – BOBST, 28 Nisan 2026 tarihinde İstanbul’daki tesislerinde, esnek ambalaj sektörüne odaklanan Deneyim Günleri serisinin ikinci etkinliğini başarıyla gerçekleştirdi. Etkinlik, Türkiye’nin önde gelen esnek ambalaj dönüştürücü firmalarını bir araya getirerek, gravür baskıdan laminasyona kadar birçok alandaki en son teknolojik gelişmelerin keşfedilmesine olanak sağladı.

Günün öne çıkan başlıkları arasında, biri fiziksel ortamda diğeri ise sanal olarak gerçekleştirilen iki canlı gösterim yer aldı. Yerinde gerçekleştirilen demonstrasyonda katılımcılar, ince alüminyum folyo, metalize film ve diğer hassas esnek malzemeler için tasarlanmış kompakt ve solventsiz laminasyon çözümü NOVALAM S550’yi yakından inceleme fırsatı buldu. Canlı uygulamada makine, ALU (8µm) / PET (12µm ters baskı) kombinasyonu üzerinde yüksek hızda solventsiz laminasyon gerçekleştirerek performans ve verimlilik açısından dikkat çekti.


Etkinlik kapsamında ayrıca İtalya’daki BOBST San Giorgio Teknoloji Merkezi’ne canlı bağlantı sağlandı. Katılımcılar burada, yeni kaplama teknolojilerinin test edilmesi ve geliştirilmesi amacıyla kullanılan Leonardo platformunu tanıma fırsatı buldu. Programın devamında, farklı üretim ihtiyaçlarına yüksek esneklikle yanıt verebilen gravür baskı çözümü MASTER 6003’ün canlı gösterimi gerçekleştirildi. Bu sunumda makinenin hassasiyeti, tutarlılığı ve üretim verimliliği katılımcılar tarafından doğrudan gözlemlendi.

Diğer oturumlarda ise Almanya’daki Bielefeld tesisine canlı bağlantı kurularak CI flekso yenilikleri ve robotik entegrasyonun dijital iş akışlarına katkıları ele alındı. Ayrıca BOBST Teknoloji Satış Yöneticileri ile gerçekleştirilen interaktif oturumlar sayesinde katılımcılar, sektöre yönelik çözümler hakkında detaylı bilgi edinme imkânı buldu.


BOBST Orta Doğu Bölge İş Direktörü Khaled Joundi etkinliğe ilişkin yaptığı açıklamada, “Türkiye’nin önde gelen dönüştürücülerini ikinci Deneyim Günümüzde ağırlamaktan büyük memnuniyet duyduk. Deneyim Günleri serisi, BOBST’un pazarla daha güçlü ve doğrudan bağ kurmayı hedefleyen yeni stratejik yaklaşımının bir parçası olarak öne çıkıyor. Mart ayında katlanır karton segmentine odaklanan ilk etkinliğin ardından düzenlenen bu ikinci buluşmayı; oluklu mukavva ve etiket çözümlerine yönelik yeni etkinliklerin takip etmesi planlanıyor.

BOBST Experience Day in Istanbul showcases latest developments in flexible packaging

 

On 28 April 2026, BOBST hosted the second in its series of BOBST Experience Days – focused on flexible packaging – at its premises in Istanbul, Turkey.

 

The event brought together several of Turkey’s leading flexible packaging converters and provided an exclusive opportunity to explore the latest innovations in gravure printing, laminating and more.

 

At the center of the day were two live demonstrations – one onsite and one virtual. Onsite, the attendees experienced a live demonstration of the NOVALAM S550, a highly cost-effective, compact, solventless laminator designed to handle a variety of substrates including thin alu-foil, metallized film and thin stretchable materials. During the demonstration, the NOVALAM S550 performed high-speed solventless lamination on ALU (8µm) / PET (12µm reverse print), highlighting its premium performance and efficiency for modern lamination needs.

 

Participants also experienced a live virtual visit to the BOBST San Giorgio, Italy Technology Center, where they discovered cutting-edge technologies and the Leonardo platform – a full production-scale pilot coating line, designed for testing and developing new coating technologies. This was followed by a live demonstration of the MASTER 6003, a highly flexible gravure printing solution, which can handle a wide range of substrates, ink types and job lengths to address a very broad spectrum of diverse production requirements and applications. Guests saw first-hand the machine’s innovation, precision, productivity, and consistency.

 

Other sessions included a live link to BOBST Bielefeld – where attendees heard information on various BOBST solutions including CI flexo innovations and how robotics integration can support smart digital workflows – and an interactive discussion with BOBST Technology Sales Managers.

The Experience Day series is a part of BOBST’s new framework to connect more directly with the market. This was the second BOBST Experience Day, following the initial session on folding carton, held in March. Further sessions are planned, including additional folding carton and flexible packaging days as well as events focused on corrugated board and labels.
